Instructions No. 06/2002 governing Micro-finance Institutions.

Founded in August
1997, and officially inaugurated in March 1999, operating from
only one point i.e. Its headquater in Kigali, gradually it expanded
network throughout the country and now counts 14 branches which
operate online. ZIGAMA Css has currently over 60.000 members
and 122 imployees. It offers a variety of products and services.
