3.What are the interest rates on savings?
A: Interest rates range from 4.75% - 7% depending on the type of savings account opened.

4.Can I withdraw my money at any time?
A: Accessibility to your account can be during CSS working hours, 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday; or at any time using the ATM.

5.What is CSS Ntuma and from where can I use it?
A: CSS NTUMA is a technology in money transfer that allows you to send or receive money instantaneously from wherever you may be. You can use CSS Ntuma from any branch of Zigama CSS.

6.What is the criteria to ask for a loan?
A: Acquisition of a loan from CSS depends on: the kind of movement on your account, the amount of savings, the ability to repay the loan (salary / income) and the size of loan requested.

7.What are the borrowing interest rates?
A: Interest rates range from 12% - 16% depending on the type of loan requested.

8.What other services do you offer?
A: CSS also conducts regular outreach visits to its clients in order to sensitize them on the importance of savings and provide them with a clear picture of all the services of CSS at their disposal.
